What is your pricing policy?
Room rates are shown are based on a standard request (single, double, triple and kids under 12 rates) and may be subject to change; please check at time of booking. Rates shown do not include specials arrangements. In such cases we will submit an updated quote to you by email. This quote will provide you with a detailed summary of your booking details.
When is a booking final?
Your booking is final once we have sent the conformation by email to you email address provided during the booking process. Once you have submitted your Booking Request our reservations staff will immediately attend to your booking details. Once your payment has been processed and your reservation is confirmed you will receive your conformation by email usually within 24 hours. Our reservations team will do the utmost to meet your booking request as fast as possible. For any additional information regarding room rates and general resort information please contact us.
What is a Single, Double or Triple Room?
The resort has three room categories: Standard Ocean view, Standard Jacuzzi, & Deluxe Jacuzzi.
2 Day use rooms for short guest stays.
24 Standard Ocean view rooms size 58sqm including the bathroom and balcony.
2 Jacuzzi Ocean view rooms size 60sqm including bathroom and balcony
4 De Luxe Jacuzzi Ocean view rooms size 70sqm with over sized bathrooms featuring a Copper bath tub and over sized balconies with Jacuzzi.
All rooms can accommodate single, double or triple occupancy. (With extra bed)
What services does the Resort offer?
The goal of the resort team is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Relax on the pool deck; enjoy a swim in the resorts infinity pool. Enjoy our beach activities which include volleyball, badminton, Frisbee, and snorkeling. The Allamanda features a stunning walk along the sandy shore line of Anse Forbans bay. Chess & Checker boards are available for guests use. The resort has an internet wireless zone through out the resorts public areas, laptops can also be rented. If you have any special needs of requests, during your stay please ask guest services or our resort team for assistance.
How can I book?
There are several ways to book. After reviewing all the rates and resort details click on the ‘Book Now’ button. Once you’ve submitted your Booking Request our Reservations staff will immediately attend to your booking details. For any questions during the booking process you are welcome to contact us by email, phone or fax.
Once room availability for your booking has been confirmed we will email you confirmation by email. Please print out a copy that should also be presented to the hotel upon check-in.
What are the payment methods conditions?
In order for guests to confirm reservations for bookings at the resort, we require a credit card number a non-refundable deposit for the first two night stay in total.
Please go to our on line information form and contact our reservations team. We accept VISIA & MASTER & AMEX cards for other forms of payment please contact our reservations team directly.
Do I need a car?
The resort has its own dedicated car hire company and bicycle rentals. Should you wish the resort can make arrangement for a driver and luxury car for that special occasion.
What time can I check in-in and check-out?
Check in time: from 14.00 p.m.
Check-out time: before 12.00 p.m. (Midday)
Early check in and late check out are subject to availability. Please ask the front desk upon arrival.
